ORLANDO, FLA (December 7, 2010) —Nautique’s newest model, the Sport Nautique 200 is the proud recipient of Trailer Boats’ 2011 Excellence in Design Award for the fourth year in a row. This award recognizes Nautique as reinventing the multi-sport boat in the towboat category.
Excerpts from Trailer Boats’ editorial feature on the Sport Nautique 200 include:
“The Sport 200 will pull like a tournament ski boat yet also produce a nice, steep wake for wakeboarding or a long, open-face wave for wakesurfing.”
“…includes cool design features inside the cockpit…the starboard-side rear trunk storage can be accessed from the sun pad or through an innovative, fold-away rear seat…a perfect place for storing skis, wakeboards and other gear.”
“…the boat looks sporty and stylish on the water, and it’s no wonder Nautique has been recognized with an Excellence in Design for the fourth consecutive year.”
“Our entire Nautique team is excited to once again win this Excellence in Design award, this year for our all-new Sport Nautique 200,” stated Nautique President/CEO Bill Yeargin. “This award is a tribute to not only Greg Meloon and our incredible Nautique Product Development team but also Nautique’s solid commitment to product development and building the world’s best boats,” Yeargin added.
