ORLANDO, FLA (December 16, 2010) —The International Waterski and Wakeboard Federation (IWWF) just approved a new World Trick Record of 9,210 points, set behind the Ski Nautique 200.
The world record was set at the Holy Cow Cup tournament held on Lake Grew at USA Water Ski headquarters by Natallia Berdnikava, behind the Ski Nautique 200.
“Breaking the world record was huge and very rewarding to me not only because it is the highest achievement in skiing, but also because I did it behind a Ski Nautique 200. The wake of the Ski Nautique 200, which I train behind at Jack Traverse’s ski school, directly helped me get two extra tricks in my toe pass and helped me make my hand pass in time,” stated Natallia Berdnikava.
“The Nautique team is thrilled about this new world record being set behind the Ski Nautique 200,” stated Nautique President/CEO Bill Yeargin. “This record is part of a long and growing list of slalom, trick, and jump records, along with innumerable personal bests, being set behind the Ski Nautique 200.” Yeargin added.
