ORLANDO, FLA (March 21, 2011) —This past Saturday, Nautique employees volunteered their time to help Habitat for Humanity of Orlando with their multi-family community, Staghorn Villas.
Staghorn Villas is the first multi-family community built by Habitat for Humanity in Central Florida and will be home to 58 families when it is finished. Nautique had seventeen employees who volunteered to help with this project. The Nautique employees spent the day installing floor joists, the structure between the first and second floor.
“I am thrilled by the desire of our employees at Nautique to help their community and world. Our team’s work with Habitat for Humanity is consistent with both other local service projects we do each year and our annual international service trip we take each summer to help those less fortunate in other countries,” stated Nautique’s President/CEO Bill Yeargin. “Nautique has an incredible team of employees who not only build the world’s best boats but also have a strong desire to make the world a better place!” Yeargin added.
