ORLANDO, FLA (September 16, 2011) — Nautique is pleased to announce that the O’Brien Big Dawg Finals presented by Nautique will be viewable via live webcast for the head-to-head finals held next weekend, September 23-24, at Okeeheelee Park in West Palm Beach, Florida.
The O’Brien Big Dawg Finals allows the top amateur slalom skiers in the world to vie in head-to-head competition behind the record breaking tournament ski boat, the Ski Nautique 200. The Preliminary round of competition will begin on the 23rd at 7:30 am and the Finals will commence on the 24th at 3:00pm; admission on both days is free to the public. Additionally, the Sweet 16 will be recorded earlier and played prior to the live web cast of the Elite 8 head-to-head competition under the lights on Saturday evening through skibigdawg.com.
Nautique President/CEO Bill Yeargin commented, “We are delighted to put on the esteemed Big Dawg Slalom Series for the sixth year in a row.” “This year’s Big Dawg Finals provides a thrilling competition for participants from all over the world,” added Yeargin.
