ORLANDO, FLA (April 30, 2012) — Today, Nautique announced they will exclusively tow the waterski and wakeboard disciplines at the 3rd Asian Beach Games event on June 16-22, 2012 in Haiyang, China.
The record breaking Ski Nautique 200 and the legendary Super Air Nautique 210 are the exclusive towboats for the 3rd Asian Beach Games - Haiyang 2012. This multi-sport event will include representation from the top ranked athletes among multiple countries in Asia.
“The Asian Beach Games (ABG) is excited to have Nautique for this year’s waterski and wakeboard portion of the Asian Beach Games which is Asia's biggest multi-sports Games after the Asian Games which are regulated by the Olympic Council of Asia (OCA) and organized by the Haiyang Asian Beach Games Organizing Committee (HABGOC),” stated IWWF’s Technical Delegate for Waterskiing and Wakeboarding, Chris Howarth.
“We are extremely thrilled to be towing this respected event in Asia,” stated Nautique’s President/CEO Bill Yeargin. “Watersports are growing all over the world and we are happy that the continent’s best athletes will be able to compete behind the world’s best boats at the 2012 Asian Beach Games,” Yeargin added.
