ORLANDO, FLA (June 25, 2013) — Today, Nautique announced they will exclusively tow the 2013 Nautique IWWF Asian Waterski & Wakeboard Championships. The event will be held in Palembang, Indonesia on September 25-29, 2013.
For the third year in a row, the world record breaking Ski Nautique 200 – Open Bow and the legendary Super Air Nautique 210 will be the exclusive towboats for the 2013 Nautique IWWF Asian Waterski & Wakeboard Championships. This event will display the top ranked athletes in slalom, trick, jump and wakeboard from many of the countries in Asia as well as the Middle East.
“This is the first time the Indonesian Waterski & Wakeboard Association (IWWA) has appointed an Official Tow Boat sponsor for a major international waterski & wakeboard event in Indonesia. We are very proud to be associated with Nautique Boats in the 2013 Nautique Waterski & Wakeboard Championship scheduled in September 25-29 in Palembang, South Sumatra,” commented Danny Boestami, the Secretary General of IWWA.
Nautique Asian team representatives Phillipa Yoong, Aaliyah Yoong Hanifah, Jimmy Jeong and Saaya Hirosawa will be competing at the 2013 Asian Waterski & Wakeboard Championships looking to podium and set new records.
