ORLANDO, FLA (July 12, 2013) — Today Nautique announced they are increasing production resulting in hiring fifty new employees due to high demand of the award winning G-Series, the 2014 product line-up and the continuing expansion of global sales.
The demand for Nautique boats has steadily increased but spiked materially after the launch of the award winning Super Air Nautique G23 and G25. Additionally, Nautique dealers recently viewed the 2014 Nautique product line-up and based on their reviews; the dealer commitment levels are well in excess of current production capacity. Finally, Nautique’s strategic initiatives to develop global markets have resulted in record international sales. These factors combined resulted in a significant production increase several months ago which generated over fifty new jobs near the end of 2012 and now require another production increase resulting in another fifty new jobs at the Nautique factory in Central Florida.
“This is an exciting time for our Nautique team. Our new 2013 and 2014 product has been well received by our customers and dealers resulting in a market share increase both in the U.S. and around the world,” stated Nautique’s President/CEO Bill Yeargin. “We are thrilled to be adding new members to our incredible team,” Yeargin added.
