ORLANDO, FLA (September 17, 2013) — Today the National Marine Manufacturers Association’s (NMMA) recognized Nautique for excellence in customer satisfaction in the Inboard Watersports Boat category as part of the 2013 Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) program. This is the eighth year in a row Nautique has earned the prestigious CSI award.
The Marine Industry CSI Awards program honors participating manufacturers that actively measure customer satisfaction and pursue continuous improvement to better serve the customer. Nautique achieved and maintained an independently-measured standard of excellence in customer satisfaction over the past year, based on information provided by customers purchasing a new boat during the period between April 1, 2012 and March 31, 2013.
“Customer satisfaction is critical to the success and growth of the recreational boating industry and its CSI award recipients that set the bar on delivering an exceptional customer experience,” notes Robert Newsome, director of engineering standards for NMMA.
