Official Nautique Press Release:
ORLANDO, FL (October 7, 2015) - Employees from Correct Craft and Nautique celebrated World Habitat Day by participating in a ribbon cutting ceremony Monday morning to dedicate the model home at Butler’s Preserve, the newest community developed by Habitat for Humanity of Greater Orlando (Habitat Orlando).
The three bedroom home will act as the community’s model home during development. Upon the neighborhood’s completion in 2018 it will become available for purchase by an eligible family.
This is third home funded by Correct Craft companies in the past three years. Employees from Correct Craft’s Nautique and Aktion Parks subsidiaries also volunteered their time and talent to help build each of these three homes.
Correct Craft CFO and Habitat Orlando board member, Sean Marrero stated, “At Correct Craft, we believe that building world-class product starts with building a world-class culture. Serving both our customers and the world around us is part of who we are. With Butler’s Preserve, Habitat Orlando will improve the lives of many people in our community for years to come, and we are excited to be a part of it.”
Butler’s Preserve will consist of 51 single-family homes and four duplex units housing a total of 59 families. Ranging from 2- to 5-bedrooms, each home will have a multitude of energy-efficient features certified by the Florida Green Building Coalition and “Water Star” rated by South Florida Water Management.
