Official Nautique Press Release:
Orlando, FL (October 19, 2018) -Nautique employees helped give back to local students today by filling backpacks with school supplies. Over 200 employees were on hand to help pack 1,200 backpacks with pencils, crayons, paper, notebooks and other supplies to help students in need.
The backpacks will be distributed to children without the necessary means for proper school supplies as Nautique has been working with World Vision on the project. World Vision organizes the supplies along with aligning them with the children in need. As part of the Nautique Cares initiative, this fulfillment is important step in building culture that thrives on supporting one another and giving back to our community.
"As we look to the future there is nothing more important than the education of our youth," said Nautique President Greg Meloon. "We are more than happy to help pack backpacks for our youngest generation with the tools and essential supplies they need to learn and develop as students. I’m very proud of our team here today and look forward to the many more projects that we can accomplish together through our Nautique Cares initiative."
