Official Nautique Press Release:
Squaw Creek, CA (February 28, 2022) - Nautique was honored this week with a Water Sports Industry Association (WSIA) Leadership Award in Innovation for the introduction of the brand-new Super Air Nautique S-Series. The WSIA recognizes industry frontrunners with their Leadership Awards in various categories. These can be from any aspect of the watersports world, with Nautique winning this innovation award for the debut of the S23 and S21.
In August of 2021, Nautique released a brand-new model that blended ultra-modern design with the traditional bow Nautique aesthetic. The Super Air Nautique S23 was launched as the first model in the completely new S-Series, and it offers an aggressive hull design that delivers unrelenting performance unlike anything else in its class. From the interior to the exterior, the elegant lines and smart design add a level of luxury and intuitiveness that is unmatched in the towboat market. The S23 was followed by the launch of the S21 in September, providing another offering in the S-Series in a convenient, 21-foot package.
Alongside the Watersports Innovation honor, Nautique was also celebrated during two other award categories. Watersports Central, a Nautique dealer with locations throughout the southeast was awarded Dealer of the Year. The Sales Representative of the Year award was also given to a Nautique sales team member, Adam Wensink, who becomes the only individual to win this coveted award for the second time.
“We are very proud of the brand-new S-Series and our sales team for these honors,” stated Nautique President Greg Meloon. “I’m pleased to see that the WSIA has recognized our dedication to innovation with the S-Series, as we continue to give consumers the best-in-class sales experience you only get with a Nautique.” Meloon added.
