Official Nautique Press Release:
Orlando, FL (January 3, 2025) - Team Nautique athlete Neilly Ross broke her previous IWWF World Open Women Tricks World Record with a new score of 11,430 points.
Now approved by the International Waterski and Wakeboard Federation (IWWF), Neilly’s World Record score was set behind the record-setting Ski Nautique on Lake Ledbetter in Winter Garden, Florida during the 2nd round of the Autumn Record Tournament.
“Late in the season, I continued to train harder than ever and have really been skiing the best of my life,” said Team Nautique Athlete, Neilly Ross. “After breaking the record the first time with 11,380 points, I almost felt a sense of relief, but it really motivated me to keep pushing. I stood up the last five rounds of competition in 2024, and all of them were right on the edge of moving the needle further – I feel really fortunate with the way things came together. I can’t wait for more opportunities behind the Ski Nautique in 2025!”
Neilly’s World Record performances are a testament to her unwavering skill and dedication after 15 years of experience in the sport. Having already shattered boundaries, she now sets her sights on a new challenge – pushing women’s trick over the 12,000-point barrier.
“Neilly’s relentless pursuit of excellence continues to deliver extraordinary results that have once again redefined the possibilities for the sport of waterskiing," said Nautique President, Greg Meloon. “We can’t wait to see what’s in store for Neilly in 2025.”
