Little Mountain, SC (May 10, 2023) - As part of their philanthropy initiative, Pleasurecraft Engine Group and its employees collected and donated over 150 pounds of canned goods and other necessary household supplies to donate to the We Care Center.
The We Care Center of Chapin was established in 1986 to work with families and individuals in the local community who are facing emergencies trying to meet their basic living needs. They serve as an outreach ministry for churches in the Chapin, Little Mountain, White Rock, Peak, Pomaria, and Prosperity communities in answer to the call of Jesus Christ to serve the poor and needy.
When asked about giving to the We Care Center, Vice President of Pleasurecraft Trey Thurman stated, "At Pleasurecraft, the guiding principle of our company's culture pyramid is 'Making Life Better'. One of the ways that we try to live up to that principal is through philanthropy and I am so proud of our team for their generosity to donate food to make life better for those in our community that are less fortunate.”
