Rockledge, FL (August 8, 2024) - Today, Roswell Marine and Nautique Boat Company announce a new license and manufacturing exclusivity agreement on Roswell’s patented telescoping tower technology. Introduced in 2019 as a flagship feature of the award-winning Super Air Nautique G23 Paragon, the Telescoping Flight Control Tower is currently available on all Nautique G-Series and S-Series models.

Extending through the 2030 Nautique model year, this agreement secures the patented design and Roswell Marine’s state-of-the-art manufacturing of the technology exclusively to Nautique Boat Company and its affiliates within the towboat segment. Roswell Marine is committed to defending infringements on their intellectual property, which may lead to non-exclusive license agreements for third-party manufacturing with other boat brands.
Since its release, over 3,300 Nautique boats have been equipped with the Telescoping Flight Control Tower, realizing a dream in function and style. Configured for on-the-fly adjustment, the tower raises and lowers vertically, giving users the ability to position the tower and bimini for overhead clearance and protection from the elements with the touch of a button. Producing award-winning results, the innovation has captured the attention of the marine industry, becoming sought-after in a variety of applications.
