Where have you found best place for replacement parts?....it looks much better since i wet sanded with 100 grit and re pinstriped. everyone seems to like the color combo. i learned to ski behind an '85-86 w/ 454.

        Skidim.com and www.shopwhitelake.com

I've gotten most small things from them so far.

I need to wetsand and redo my pinstripes as well. I have some fairly heavy oxidization on some spots

Meguiars makes a heavy oxidation remover, and Flood Company makes a gelcoat restorer. I have had good luck with both.

Isnt this just one of those quick and easy cover-it-up products?

The only way to get a long lasting shine back is to do it the right way- by removing the faded and oxidized gelcoat at the surface and making it smooth again (ie, wetsanding and buffing). There is no such thing as a free lunch!
