Tongue weight should be okay based on engine location.

Bimini just needs to be removed.

It does appear a tad aft, it could come forward a foot. To each his own.

Judging where the bow guide is on the keel and the location of the fins, it doesn't appear that can be brought any more forward. Unless you take out the cross support.
