Okay, let me get this straight:

          1) private ski lake (?) with course
          2) dedicated tow vehicle
          3) storage enough to not unhook from said DTV
          4) 206 (nuf said)
          5) close proximity to said PSL(?)

Can we say green with envy?

What shot out at me the most was the bugs splattered on your side view mirrors on your DTV. What's up with that??!?!? Yellow_Flash_Colorz:

Very nice! Why was no one behind the boat on the 34mph photo? SHould have had someone back there showing off their skills.

That truck is so old the paint is coming off...washing the bugs might ruin the whole thing. The sides are good...but I was sure not to show the roof or hood in the pic. Very funny you would notice that.

I have a lot on the mid lakes...we are way behind on living there. If we could get our floor plans done....

Quiet Yellow_Flash_Colorz: ....I was trying to give Chuck some free advertising. Chuck and Michele are great. Chuck is teaching my son to barefoot. I'll post a pic of him on one foot tonight.

I got distracted (the boss) and didn't finish here.

When we learned of this development, we were sold. I grew up on the Texas coast near Corpus Christi and love the water. The gulf is too far from Katy to be convienient, and I don't think my kids would enjoy fishing like I did. It was easier and more productive 30 years ago. So what could be better than living on a private ski lake when you are STUCK in a metropolitan area of 5 million people? It is a stretch for us to live in this neighborhood, but we are going to do it. It will be worth the other sacrifices.

Thanks to everyone for the compliments. Maybe when I get my house built we can have a PN / LoK reunion.

[/quote]Same here my friend. Blessed beyond words. As for messing with you about the bugs, not hard to notice when you are anal about ALL your stuff, and take care of 5 vehicles and a Nauty. They all have to look showroom new.........all the time. That's why I run 10 miles a day. Got to kick works butt.

KILLER LAKE!!! I would love to have access to my boat and the water all the time like you and a lot of other people on PN. I have to drive 265 miles to get to my boat...talk about inconvenient. But that's part of boating life in Southern CA...crappy and over-crowded lakes in the local area.

You have quite the set-up. Your kids are lucky to be able to grow up in a place like that!!!
