    Finally made a choice - 216V

We picked up our new boat last week. After a few weeks of going back and forth between a Malibu VLX and a Nautique 216V we picked the Nautique. WE took it out this past weekend, outstanding boat. Due to lack of spotter my wife and I were not able to wakeboard behind it but my 8 yr old daughter did. She loved the bigger wakes, even without the ballast tanks filled. We hope to get out again this weekend and get some air.

I bought my first Nauti in Jan. I cant believe I wasted so much time looking at other brands. It only gets better from here on.
                Congrats on your new boat.

I really do not know the cover brand. I will look this weekend when we are at the lake again.

She is a better spotter than most adults we have on the boat. Unfortunately MR. DNR officer may not agree with my opinion and give me a ticket.

                            So where are you located?

That's one great thing here in Georgia....the law states that you must have a spotter in the boat OR a wide-angle rearview mirror to watch the skiier, thus you only need the driver to pull somebody. Did know if maybe you had similar laws?

In Maryland the spotter must be at least 13.
