1989 Ski Nautique 2001

Slacked pretty hard on getting these pictures up! But heres my boat!

It has 993hrs.













Last winter I added:

- Trick Tower
- Aerial Wakeboard Racks/Mirror
- 4 Wetsounds PRO 80s
- Wetsounds SYN2 Amp
- Alpine 9886M Head Unit
- Spare Optima D34M with a Perko Switch
- Wired in 12V outlet to power external ballast pump
- 2 - 400lb Vdrive Sacs and a Tsunami Pump

And the projects for this coming winter are:

- 4 Polk DB651 Inboats
- Wetsounds XS-12 Sub
- SYN6 powering each of the above
- Perfect Pass GPS
- Depth Finder
- Alpine Remote
- Stripping down the trailer
- Repainting Glossy Black with some nice white NAUTIQUE logos
- Adding a new winch and jack.
- and hopefully some new 5 spoke 15" aluminum rims

Looks great - I have an '89 too. The tower angles flow perfectly with the windshield lines.

Now if it wasn't for that long wait 'til spring . . .

Thanks for the comments guys! I am proud of my first boat, and I am glad I made it a Nautique. I honestly believe that I will own nothing else but Nautiques and I am only 21 years old.

Also for the summer comment! haha it can wait! My Ski-Doo 800 REV is just waiting for the snow...as well as I plan on gettin in lots of snowboarding this winter! Making my first trip out west too! Whistler baby!!

Where did you get that sweet speaker/tower cover?

I took my boat in to my local boat vinyl/cover shop in Sarnia, Ontario to get the leg holes cut into my cover. And then they told me they could make a custom cover that fit like a bimini cover to go over it! It works awesome and I never take my speakers off! The speakers still look the way they did when I bought them.

Nice looking boat, do yourself a favor and buy anything but a Fram oil filter for it next change.
