Ruffneckrider. A little tip on those pads. try and get Kieth at LoudLiquid to shoot you some of his rubber pads over. they use these little square ones for under the mounts on their speakers mounts. I bet they'll only be like 2-3 bucks if he charges you.

They are not too thick and not too thin and use quite strong glue so shouldn't fall off. and are also super hard wearing.

just a thought, only really worth it if those fail.

Timber , thanks l ! 8) yes I am looking to put a set of JL-10' woofer and 3 JL amps and tower speakers . Do you have any suggestion !

rsterling: can you post some more pic's and how or what you use to make your speakers.

I'm in the same boat as you. I'm still deciding on what to install. I'm leaning towards the Defcon V tower speakers and a 12W7 sub.

Timber , soorrry bro ! I got that mix up but it looks like you already have tower speakers ? Anyways Yes My boat is in the shop now and I went w/ the fusion T s tower speakers and 2 jl audio 10' woofers and 3 jl audio amps I put the subs behind the drivers seat and made it a step to get in and out useing a fiberglass box and some of the Nautique logo grip tape. The amps are under the passenger seat on the wall so, I didnt lose any storage and gained four more cup holders ! I'll post Pic's in A few days.

                        P.S.
your boat looks sick ! 8)
