Nice looking 216! Are you skier, boarder or ???? What do you think of it so far?

How's that Toyota at towing your 216?

              Enjoy!

I am a boarder, but I have family and friends who ski/tube/etc, so I wanted a boat that is well rounded. I'm just an intermediate boarder, so I didn't need like 1k lbs of ballast or anything.

So far it has been great! The only problems so far have been with the flight control valves. I haven't gotten the ballasts to work 100% right yet. After doing some research I found that this is a common problem, so I'm working on finding a solution. Right now I have to lift the engine cover and manually close/open the valves.

The Tacoma tows the 216 just fine. I only have to tow it about 10 miles to get to the lake, so it works out. It will spend a few months out of the year in Lake Powell, and at that point I'll pay to have it towed out there. I don't think the Taco would like that task all the way from San Diego
