New member from france, SAN 2006 Excalibur 330

    Hi guys

I have posted some threads in "maintenance ans technical"....

    Now i present myself

Im 30 , I leave in france in the center in mountains.

I bought my Nautique this year , my first boat!!! and very good choice.

we are rookie in wakeboard with my wife but the boat is perfect.

At first it was 600 hours but the engine cracked the first day i run with it on my lake!!!! just 15 min of pleasure.....and the dealer change the engine completely with a new block under warranty.

so it is a good situation for me actually

I just finish the first 25 hours and the oil change is done

just one problem with fuel line solved yesterday with your important help and my dealer

I saw your forum because i m a nautique parts customer (very happy for the international service)

after i buy my nautique, I have restored interior, wash it a lot, polished, change a lot of esthetics parts like stickers, cup holders, shift knob....audio system with iphone, bimini from Towerbimini.....trailer custom....(french trailers are very BURK....you are lucky with your trailers!!! and its very difficult for french importation and homologation....but Im trying to buy one)

    here you are

very happy to be a forum member here and sorry for my english!!!!

I want to say ugly, too little, too fragile, too little brakes.....

and when you want to import your US trailers, administration doesnt want to agree with conformity..... its crazy , you have better brakes, big wheels and its seems to be very strong

here you are mine before and after customisation:

Welcome to the forum and welcome to Nautique! Your English is much better than my French! I was in France a few weeks ago (first trip) and half the time I attempted French I was throwing out Spanish.

For my curiosity, what are you using to pull your boat? I saw a lot of trailer hitches on my tour of Europe, but the cars and the hitches couldn't handle our boats. Just curious.

with this car, you can go very quickly to the lake for wakeboarding even if the boat is on the trailer !!!

                    thank you

You, my friend, are up late. I was visiting a lot of suppliers on business across Europe (12 nights, 11 different hotels). We came down from London and spent the weekend in Paris. Then stayed in Bergues and visited a supplier on Monday. I can definitely say the Eiffel Tower is TALL! A lot bigger than I imagined. The line was too long to go up, though. On Europe as a whole, I was amazed how alike it was to the USA, just different languages. There were some pleasant differences, though. I don't see as much waste over there. The biggest thing, though, were adjusting to different languages.

It does fine, but I can't imagine using anything smaller.

Nice boat, and great colors! We also were in France in July, we visited Paris, and my son got to go the top of the Eiffel tower, and see the Louvre, etc..what a beautiful city. We then visited Champallenent about 350-400km SE of Paris, it's in the Bourgoune reigion, not really a big city anywhere close.

You must have to wear wetsuits there all the time! We went kayaking in a small stream, and the water must have been around 55F!

Welcome to the site and the Nautique family...

I'm thinking that is the color scheme of the little radio control model that comes and goes. Anyone have a pic?
