My new Super Sport!

Found this boat on the California craigslist and also saw it on this site. Drove from Washington and met John half way at Emigrant lake in Ashland Oregon. Took the boat out and everything was as expected. The boat needed to be wet sanded and needed a deep cleaning but that was no big deal to me. It also needed a new set of tower speakers. I took her home about a month ago and went to town. Wet sanded the entire boat and detailed the interior with marine spray 9 and 303. I just picked up 2 sets of Wetsounds Rev 8's i will be putting on this weekend. Here are a few pics and one video from 3 weekends ago on the Columbia River in eastern Washington. Mid 80's outside but the water temp was right at 42. Let me know what you guys think! Proud to be a Nautique owner!!

Congrats! Normally I would ditch the Air-logo, but in this color combo it's just perfect. Nice!

Thanks guys! Trip, the previous owner put the "Air" logo on. I like it but have been throwing around the idea of putting the original Nautique Super Sport decals back on.

Nice! If you do change the decal, you should consider throwing the chromax "Super Air Nautique" on there. It would look awesome against the gray strip. My boat had that same Air graphic when I bought it, here is a before and after. It would look even better on your boat with the solid strip. Anyhow, congrats and welcome!

Honestly, with the old super sports turned super airs I think of naked as the classic look. One other thing to consider is just putting on the smaller raised white Super Air Nautique logo in the back. There are a few boats on here you'll find pictures of that have done this, real clean look.

If you dont mind could you measure that decal for me? I have a 1996 Super Sport and I think I would like to add that decal as well! I was under the impression it was alot bigger though!

Texan i have thought about putting the domed super air on the sides on the back but the price i for for them from my dealer is definitely not worth it. If you dont mine me asking delmage, what did you end up paying for yours? you can pm me if you want. I will take a measurement of the sticker this weekend, its at our summer home on the east side of the state.

Thats the same price I paid for mine out here on the west coast. They seem to be going a bit higher though now. I was meaning the price of the domed "super air nautique" stickers. My dealer quoted me close to 500, what did you have to give for yours?

ohh ha ha sorry about that.

my girlfriend actually got them for me for christmas but they were from www.nautiqueparts.com and were around $150-200 for both sides i think from the 2004-2005 model years.
