    1996 Supersport Project

Went down to Texas 2 months ago and picked this girl up (some may remember seeing this one in the forsale forum)
Just got it back from getting wrapped and new interior.. This boat was damaged in Texas floods a few years back so this will be an ongoing project… Next thing I have planned is stereo and SeaDek flooring

took a couple days to get it going initally, the killswitch was by passed and connection broke... Once i figured that out runs like a dream. Upholstery was done in a guys garage i found on Kijiji that used to have his own shop but now does it on the side. He had to make a few missing seats and there bases. Total for that though was $7000. The Wrap was done by Ignition 1 calgary $3500.

Its an Aerial freeride tower ordered it from their website. Fitment went real well but paint job wasnt the greatest as we put it together there was a few chips here and there that i will have to touch up.

ID:	495515 The floor kit wasn't actually for a 96 super sport it was from a 99 super air nautique so there were some changes I had to do on the fly. Like cutting and fiberglassing the ski locker to be rounded (originally it was square) and the floor area over the gas tank I just cut the sea deck and adjusted

What did you use to coat the fiberglass on the deck prior to seadek? Did you simply order a 1999 template from seadek or did you find a set someone else made but didnt use?

Once i removed the carpet and sanded it i used truck bed liner from Canadian tire and rolled it on the entire floor prior to installing the seadek. I did use the SA 1999 template to avoid templating myself, using one on file was alittle cheaper, and mostly to save time of sending templates back and forth (i'm up in northern alberta and have a short season to use and work on the boat). In retrospect cutting the floor and fiberglassing to make it match the template wasn't hard, having said that someone has now templated a 1998 super sport on this forum so a person can just order the right one from the start.
