G23 finally in the water

You going to tint the G? I remember your 230 and man that thing was blacked out. 4 rev 10's? did you do anything to the inboats?

Also in your first picture, what is the block box in the middle of the tower?

Not sure if I am going to tint. We did a fair amount of riding at sunrise last year (to beat crowds to good spots since water was low). The tint is kind of a pain for this.

I have had similar stereo set ups in my last 2 230s, but I will say that this is the best sounding boat we have had. We upgraded our sub quality, went up to a 12 inch and now have a dedicated amp for it. The one thing I will say is that I do not understand why they didn't put a speaker in the helm area for the driver. The forward cockpit speaker on the starboard side is hidin behind the removable seatback. Just silly.

The block in the middle is the rope caddy that all G23s have to store your extra lengths of rope so they are not hanging in the boat while riding.

Thanks. We have traditionally gone all black or black/blue.

Decided to step outside the box (for us at least) a bit....We turn out boats frequently (but plan on keeping this one for 2 or 3 years) so resale is a concern, but every well taken care of or new boat with a bit of green that they have gotten in has sold quickly...
