Finally getting the boat in the water for the first time. The new Power Wagon didn't have any problem getting it in/out of the water! Boat runs like a champ, family loves it! Gonna be a good summer. Time to finish the boathouse and marine railway!
Ahhh, shiny and clean again! I used a product called "Toon Bright" to remove the scum line on the bottom of the hull, worked very well, fast and easy. Spray on, wait 30 seconds, rinse off with lots of water. The only downside is that it was a bit hard on the checker plate on the trailer, oh well, I rinsed it quite a bit.
Thats a great looking boat and an even better place to put it out of the snow. Whereabouts are you in SK? I'm in Regina, ski at Katepwa with my 99 Ski Nautique. Hope you enjoy your boat, there used to be only a few around here, but the family is steadily growing. Congrats and go Riders!
Your season has to be short if you only put on 12 hours or your working to many hours to afford that nice storage facility. Mine is across town in a corrugated metal shed with gravel drive and floor.
2013 G23 450 with NSS (175hrs) and still have the original prop
2010 SANTE 230 343 (280hrs)
pre 2010 - various open bow boats and jet skis
My wife owns a commercial shop in town, her business is from April to October, I put the boat in there until I could winterize and clean it. I couldn't quite get my marine railway finished this year to get the boat in the boathouse......... I own a farm and a business, workaholic I suppose. I actually thought we used it quite a bit, but with small kids and such it makes the rides shorter.
