Congrats. The Deafcons are some good sounding speakers. What type of sub are you going to run?

May just be the pictures, but your tower speaks don't look like they're lining up.

Thanks! I got the idea for this speaker setup based on last years Deafcon IVs. I bought the speakers seperately and then found some enclosures seperately. I spent much less than if I would have bought from Skylon. They are being pushed by an Kicker KX850.4 amp. They are loud, crisp and clear, with enough bass to keep it sounding deep...so no one will can say I'm a "trebel rebel" . I've got a 10" Kicker marine sub in the box firing down, along with the other six 6.5 Kicker marines that came with the boat, they are being pushed by the Kicker KX300.4 amp that came stock in the boat.
I was going to have some custom enclosures built but just didnt want to mess with it in the end. Maybe later. I couldnt be happier with how the whole system sounds.
They speakers may not look lined up in the pics due to the angles that I took the pics but they are lined up as perfectly as I can tell.

Did you have Thomas Marine install those?

I took them to a place here in OKC called Custom Innovations. I know some people wo have had stuff done there and they really know how to install and setup soud systems. They built the box for my sub too.

The components are the same ones used in last years Deafcon IVs. 2ea KX6.5 component speakers (with tweets) and 2ea CVR 8" dual voice subs.

            And thanks for the compliments.

I just have one small detail left to do, I have to find a suitable rubber gasket for the clamps to protect the tower tubes..I'm using bicycle tubes for the meantime LOL, I know its a little ghetto but it works in a pinch untill I find something better!
