Great looking colors on that G! Love the tan interior base, have you had it in the sun? Do they get hot? I have the "grey" seat bases in our 230 and they get hot in the sun, just curious about the tan.

Hydrotunes in Austin TX did an unbelievable job on the install. I am blown away with what they were able to accomplish with the equipment and space available.

Here are some photos of the battery setup.
- 6 Stinger batteries 3 on each side in between the middle and rear storage compartments
- 2 Stinger LED digital voltage modules
- Xantrex TrueCharge2 60 Amp Charger

Now the subs
- 2 Treo CXT 12's
- Arc 4000se

The subs need 2.25-2.5 cu ft. and I am amazed at how they were able to accomplish this, subs have 20" ports. One sub located under driver helm and obviously the other in the main storage compartment. The Arc 4000se is laying flat above the sub and vent with a Wetsounds SD4 and SD6 mounted above. I ordered extra vinyl when we ordered the boat and was surprised its relatively inexpensive. Im impressed with the vents as I can actually use my trash can, this is a first.

A little adjustment providing the biggest difference! I always struggled with the tower speakers being so loud compared to my interior, the 6.5s just couldn't keep up or be balanced. Having pods/plates installed is my favorite upgrade allowing the 808's to fit, it takes sound quality to a whole new level and would definitely recommend doing this. They don't stick out past the cushion and I think look better than the oem grills. Powered by wet sounds SD6.

For the tower, I switched from 6 rev 10's to the pair of rev 410's powered by Wetsounds SD4. I did this to have more mid bass.

All of this is controlled thru an ARC PS8!

Amazing! Sickest G to date perhaps? How do you compare the 14 vs. the 13 in terms of performance with the updated tranny? Lower RPM's at wakeboard speeds? Sick boat, sick stereo, sick truck, even the dog looks cool! Good work.

I haven't had any issues yet but the temps haven't reached the 100's only been mid 90's. Sunday I parked at a restaurant on the lake for 3.5 hours with direct sun on the seats, again temps 95ish and it wast a problem. I will say that I'm not worried because I give everyone a beach towel when they board. When we park my wife and i immediately lay a beach towel on rear pad and tuck underneath seat so you are not fighting the wind. We also lay them in the seats. This has less to do with heat but more for keeping the seats clean. Might seem like over kill but clean up at the end of the day is much easier and as a result we aren't dealing with hot seats.

The PS8 is a nice upgrade, some/most will say its overkill for a boat. Sure makes me feel better after spending a lot of money and the system can be tuned a lot better. I wish I knew more to do it myself. If your wanting to do another upgrade to your system, I would say do the interior 808's and have the pods built, then my next upgrade would be the ps8.
