    Nothin' but Nautiques

Now have 4 boats in the backyard. They range from an 85 2001(my old boat, to a 04 Ski. In between is my friends 97(with the tower) and my 99 SNOB.

That looks familiar. Last weekend we put our "oldskool" 1988 Barefoot, besides our 2000 SAN and our 2002 Air... It was a nice sight. But 4 Nautiques is wicked!

How do you like your SNOB? What kind of room is there inside the boat. I've always owned sports, but was thinking of maybe down sizing a little. I was told that the interiors are really tight on those models.

It is a little tight sometimes but I my wife insisted on an open bow "If you want this to be a family sport". Tried to make do with a 94 Malibu Echelon, but had to get back to Nautiques(Ford motor also)

I love the new 206, but cannot justify the $ for the 50 or so hours a year I put on. The SNOB is a little bit smaller in the main cockpit, but has just about the same room as my buddys 04 Ski. The sport is a great boat, but I did not like the way they handled.

So the wife and kids are happy and my buddies don't complain about the wake of my 85 any more. (Sold it to a guy that works for me, he mainly wakeboards).

Biggest trouble is finding one. I understand they only made them for 3 years in limited quantities. I happened to find mine a Mid-Ohio, 307 hrs and in great shape. This one is a keeper.
