Upgrades to 96 Super Sport

After being a first time owner last year, I did a few upgrades over the winter and finally gonna post pics of everything. I have been lucky in sorts to get a free tower that I had to fabricate to fit (not a problem), and made a couple of things also that only involved time. But living in Ohio, I had all winter. Bought a board rack off Nautique Parts and made my own spinner for it (used one off a 09 as a sample and just made modifications to the one I made to fit my the board rack I bought), Tower was from 08 and had to cut out like 13-15 inches and got it to fit, it's a little different for my boat but I like the uniqueness of it. Added a custom bimini that had to do some work on it to fit that tower and cover the driver, but turned out great. Also took out pylon and made a custom cap for it. Took out cloth speakers and added kickers to the seats flush with LEDs. Added 12' sub under front kick panel (sorry no pics) and also added a perko switch which is mounted on floor next to driver seat and 2 batteries (sorry no pics)

Nice work! Any tips on mounting the speakers? I have the same ones sitting on the shelf in my garage and I just need to install them. Would love to get them flush like you have them.

Soooo impressed; those board racks are incredible. Be careful stepping on that N emblem... Out here things like that will burn you. Keep up the great work; love the boat.

If you look close, you can see the weld seem in the middle. These pics were taken when when were fitting it to the boat. I think we cut out 13 inches out of middle, inserted a sleeve and welded back together. A little grinding and polishing and you can't even tell now. It does sit back a little further than a FCT, but like I said above, I like the uniqueness of it.

The only thing I wished that there were no cup holders so I could install tower a bit closer towards the windshield.

So any tips on how you attached the front loaded speakers so flush like that? I am hoping to do the exact same thing and would appreciate any advice that you might have.
