Ladies and gentlemen,
Hi to you all! 28 year old IT-business owner and dutchie reporting here, just bought my first Ski Tique this summer! Made in 1978 running on LPG, way cheaper than petrol as this will set you back $ 8,13 per gallon overhere! Have already done a lot of work on it but planning a complete restoration this winter, would love to bring it back to it's original state in white and blue! So I need to do a lot of painting and reupholsterate the interior, will be the best looking Ski Tique in Holland when it's finished
Though the Ford 302 needed some work (replacing sparkplugs etc) it's running turnkey every time I take it out now, love it! I had the Velvet-transmission rebuild and last month I replaced the driveshaft-coupler and damper plate. Also the engine and shaft were re-aligned so it runs way better and smoother than before.
I bought it including a huge tower, gives us nice clearance while wakeboarding! Now I'm looking for pictures of original Ski Tiques, preferable in White and Blue trim because that is how I want to make it, would love to see if you could help me out!
