Finally bought my first Nautique

Hello everyone. I signed up for this forum and have been lurking for several weeks now. I didn't want to post until I was an actual owner, and I took delivery yesterday!

2014 G23 450. Bought it from Matt at Race City. This is my family's first wake boat. We had a fantastic Regal 22 for many years, but of course, the teenage daughters fell in love with surfing, so here I am.

We have a weekend place on Lake Tillery and it was windy has heck yesterday so I am still trying to smoothly dock the thing. That's gonna take some getting used to. I did surf behind it yesterday, and by surfing I mean I got up! By July 4 this 51 year old out-of-shape dad is going to be a surfing fool. My daughters already surf great. Wife is coming along too.

Anyway, I already have a list of thousands of questions so I am going to be burning up the search feature here.

Congrats. I bought my G21 pretty much just for my daughters. LOTS of lake fun now before they are out of the nest....lol. Post some questions up when you get a chance. Post a pic so we can see your colors.

Is this you?! Matt and the gang at Race City are awesome! Did you happen to see my '16 G23 sitting around there anywhere? It is all Masters Blue and Gunmetal Flake with brown interior. They also have my XStar right now still trying to sell it for me. Can't pick up my new G until it sells.....I'm getting soooo anxious!
