    My new G23 arrived

I took delivery of my new G23. The little lady and I picked the colors. I was leaning toward mostly black with yellow accents. She won out and we went with red front and hull. Gray interior with black boxing and black and white accents to break up the gray. I am floored by the beauty of these boats. The fit and finish is unreal. I've had several people stop me to look at the boat. This is a huge jump for our little family. Sons are 12 yrs, 9 yrs and boy and girl twins are 5. So excited for the kids to grow with this beauty. I've loved this forum and look forward to peppering you all with questions in the future. A big HUGE shout out to the guys at Pacific Nautiques in Auburn/Pacific WA, they got my build date moved up by over a month... Bring on the sun!!!!

I think your wife has very good taste. The red hull with the white and black accents look fantastic!!
I used to own a 1987 Ski Nautique with red hull, and a white stripe and black pin stripes, white deck, and white/red/black interior. I painted a Van to match, then entered the van/boat/trailer in a beautiful rigs contest and won.
      Beautiful Boat!!!

Agreed. Glad we went with her eye not mine. All of these boats are sharp. But I absolutely LOVE the way this boat looks!!!

Sweet looking rig! I'm jealous of everybody getting to take delivery of their new toys! Mine has been in for a month now but I can't take delivery until my old boat sells (on consignment). This waiting game is killing me! I've already priced my 08 XStar way below its book value and it still hasn't sold. I asked the dealer if he thought I should lower the price more (I don't mind taking a bigger hit on it if it means I get my G faster!), but he said I already had it priced too low. I JUST WANT MY G TOO!! Great looking boat though!

I love the color combo! Looks like lots of fun times are headed your way! What lake are you typically on the most?

I live in Gig Harbor and haven't owned a boat since I moved to the PNW. So I'm not married to any lakes yet. Still trying to learn about the best places to go with the family. Long Lake is very close, Mason lake, American Lake and Cushman are all close but I'm sure we'll head over the mtns to Chelan and places like Crescent Bar pretty often. I'm VERY interested in suggestions from anyone who knows Washington well...

Sweet! My parents have a house on the Columbia below Chelan. I am over there 2-3 weekends a month. Other then that I go out on Tapps. If you take it to Chelan this summer let time know i am dying to get behind a G! Ill trade you for some ski sets behind my 200!

Love it. Enjoy your new boat. Is the step on the middle of the reversible seat stock or is it an option? I think that is an awesome feature.

That is a standard feature that is new for 2016. It's great. Easy to get all the way into the boat without stepping on any vinyl at all.

I have to admit I've had a LOT of fun with that Raptor over the years. It's better suited to Utah, Nevada, or Colorado than it is to the PNW. It's much more at home in the open desert than on the tiny jeep trails up here. I'm considering trading into a diesel. Figure I'll be doing more towing than playing in the desert or dunes. Hard decision because I LOVE that Raptor! Only truck I've ever been airborne in!
