My new to me 95 Super Sport

Hello All,

I am happy to say I am a new owner of a 96 Super Sport! Went and saw it Saturday ans test drove it. Owner/dealer is fixing a couple minor things I pointed out and I will take delivery this Wednesday..Can't wait.. the boat it will replace and I still have is a Malibu Echelon. A V-drive is my dream boat and my wife loves ALL the storage this boat has! Can't wait to start interacting with you all for the tips and ideas!

We've had an i/o for 20 years...wife loved it...but when I was able to score a fantastic deal for a Malibu Echelon for 2k (YES! 2k), she refused to drive it. I've always loved ski boats and this was my best chance to have one...so when the i/o finally bit it (insurance totaled), I wanted to find a V-drive that she would and could not say no to. Knowing my wife I knew she has a fetish for storage that the Malibu didn't have. Even as we drove to see the SS, she was still skeptical as she still had the ski boat phobia. But once we saw the boat, it was love at first site (for me..hehe).... but when I opened the engine cover, her eyes grew wide and then I showed her the spotter seat storage...she was hooked!
