Sweet colors, and love the new "old school" graphics, but I have to say, what a cool boat lift/hoist!

Yeah, Mark, that is a one sweet setup. If I was on a lake, I think that would be the way to go.

Looks really good, That lift is very interesting. Have they come up a carpeted cover for the gas tank when the rear seat is out? I can't stand the bare white fiberglass look.

Hey Mark, that is a man-made lake, isn't it? How are they there in Minn. with regulations and permits to dig a lake? Up here in the NW (north of Seattle) it is darn near impossible w/o an act of congress to do something like that, even if you could afford the 40 or so acres to do it.

My tank cover step is carpet same as the rest of the interior. The first thing I do when I pick up the new boat is remove all the "Warning dont put your arms into the prop" stickers and pull the back seat out. The 206 I just sold never had the seat in the boat until I sold it.
                      Todd,
It takes some time to get the lakes planned and dug, but well worth the wait. There are now 4 in minnesota with 2 more starting soon. In minnesota, you can drain a wetland in minutes, but if you want to put one back in and help the enviornment, you need to greese all the govt guys.

Yeah Mark, funny how that is, isn't it? Putting in a pond for a few ducks to land on is a very terrible thing for the environment, isn't it? LOL. We have a couple of great guys up here that have put in private lakes, which at the very least establishes precident, ....now if the average "starter home" on a postage stamp lot of 5,000sq ft wasn't going for $350K, maybe we could afford 40 acres...

                            Adrian,
If your in the states, come on up. I am what americans call a DINK. Dual Income No Kids.
                            Todd,
Its almost cheaper to dig a lake and not live on it. It is the development cost that runs the price up. If you could just get 40 some acres and dig it, it almost cheaper then buying a lot and building on one.

Hey Mark, do you have a web link for your rail-lift system just for referrence someday?
Thanks! And I agree about the development aspect, pretty spendy once you start trying to put up homes.
