    2005 air nautique sv211 TE

Just picked up my SV211 yesterday. Been looking for the perfect one for a while. 320 hours and my favorite color green. Now have a few long months of snow before it can be used. This is my first boat, does anyone have anything that I need to know about the boat?

I absolute love mine. ..took out the carpet and seadeck it all. ..if you want to surf port side you'll need to make yourself a suck gate. .very good thread here for that. ..changed my port side wave from useless to surfable
Congrats. On a great boat! !!

Let me know if you need a surf wedge. Using my sv211 for testing and have it all dialed in!

Dixxy how much did the seadeck cost you?

Congrats and enjoy! Had mine 10 years now and still love it! And by coincidence I have parts on order to make a wedge. Stupid question but how does it work without ballast? Not expecting a lot but don't want to invest in sacks if I don't need.

Got the same boat myself a few weeks ago! Love it!
I bought a mission delta wakeshaper. Works a treat for a port side wave:

                    I'm running the following:

4 50lb bags of steel in the nose
325lb piggy back on the center
350lb piggy back in each rear locker
50lb bag of steel on port side (balances it out just a tick)
Hydro-Gate either all the way forward or just a slight tick back - *not* in the wakeboard position

Then I built a surf wedge (which I sell for 150.00) that suction cups to the side of the boat - Depending on the day (potomac is a bit brackish) I surf between 10.5 and 11.1 and have *tons* of push. Slower speed when it's more salty as the boat wants to float just a bit more. I can take a bit of weight out depending on # of people in the boat.
