Few upgrades in the last few months. New Hyperlite Quad 59 surfboard, and all new speakers upgraded to Polk DB651. I attempted to mount them as flush as possible.

Wasn't horrible, and I did it a bit different than everyone else I have seen. Just take your time in cutting out the foam and staple back the vinyl. I haven't had time to do the bow yet, and those are the ones I am more worried about.

How do you have your surf setup in that picture? I have an 01 and trying to dial it in.

Don't mean to hijack, but I can share what we've dialed in on our '06 210. We're getting a nice clean thigh high wake. Took the hard tanks out of the rear lockers and cut out the bow starboard cooler to make room for the U bow bag. I have a belly tank in mine so I piggy backed and hard plumbed into the bag. If yours doesn't have a belly tank/pump you can get the telescopic version. I installed inline ball valves so it doesn't spill out of the vents. We're also running a 550 lb floor bag if there are less than 3 guys in the boat. So all in we're running minimum 3,000 lbs + body weight. 10.5 MPh

I am actually stock ballast right now with the factory belly and rears, and run a cheap suckgate. We have to be very close to the platform but I can go without the rope no problem, and that is only with my wife and 4 year old in the boat. Any extra bodies and I get excited! Last week I ordered the tank buster system from WakeMakers, and hoping that is here soon so I can upgrade! That will put me at 350lb belly and 550lb in each rear locker. I have 2 anchors in the bow that total 45lbs. So, my total will be about 1500lb. I do not plan on running any extra bags in the floor or anything, don't trust that much weight in there with a little one on board. I may end up getting a bit of lead to distribute in the front though.

My wake is nothing like CharlieP, but we surf all the time and have a few friends go without the rope no problem.

After ALOT of trial and error this year and last with my '06 and my buddies '02 210, I would really encourage you to return the tank buster 550 lb bags. We tried those first and it left alot to be desired compared to what we have now. Instead the new 800 lb Ronix bags I mentioned above, will fill up your rear lockers for only $150/side. That extra 500 lbs in the rear makes a big difference. In addition to that 350 lb belly bag you'll need + 500-600 more LBs in the front to balance the weight over stock in the rear out. Otherwise the wave will wash out too early. Best bag for that is the Ronix since you have the filler cushion. Or you can go hard plumbed under the seats like I did.

Even with 2,500-3,000 lbs we never feel like the our 210s are overloaded and unsafe. I have 2 little girls myself so completely understand your reservations. I don't have a problem keeping the bow out of the water. And plenty of freeboard the rest of the way around when sitting. If you think about it, it's the same as having stock ballast with a boat full of buddies. Except you get to enjoy that extra ballast when there are only a couple few of you.

Where do you store all of your gear at? My bow is full of gear under the cushions, and i am looking forward to having more space when they rear bags arent full as well. I figured if it wasnt enough I would sell them, and upgrade. I will possibly get some lead for the front and around just for a little extra. Someday we will be able to upgrade boats and have a much larger wave!

LOL, I am actually. I'm a residential real estate agent. And my surrogate father was the local boat dealer. So guess it's in my blood.

Should have a chance to do that video and get it posted for you by this weekend.
