    NEW G23 shipped

Our G23 finally shipped Thursday and will arrive at the dealer next week. Boatmate trailer arrived today. Can't wait to see final product. Here are a few pics for now. More as soon as we get it on the trailer and we will take a few on the water. Can't wait....

Cool, but the pic with the guy in the bow with a mallet makes me nervous. What the heck is he doing? Caption: "Oh, things don't line up? Let me fix that for ya."

Not sure either and it made me think what the heck needs a mallet to install up in the bow.

You know?..... He's gotta be pounding the bow upholstery on. Those Christmas trees can be stubborn and it would get old using your hands to beat those panels on all day-not to mention a workers comp claim waiting to happen.

Trailer came in. It's just waiting for the boat, wish it was here already. It's the bottom triple axel. I'll be pulling this G with our 2016 GMC 2500HD duramax.

This is exactly what that side of the line does to get everything in for the upholstery you would be surprised what tools we use to build these boats everyday and still meet the time limit we have for each boat

Lordy.....isn't it crazy that the trailer is more than some peoples boats. That will be one killer truck/boat/trailer combo.

I put in your gas tanks and ballast valves and some hoses and hook up all g boat starter cables if I'm done fast enough I jump back and help align the motors

Great boat! The factory tour is definitely something I would highly recommend!

Wake.BC we did go on factory tour but the boat hull and deck was in lamination these where shot the following week by Larry at the factory. We had a great trip to see how these monsters are made. Not sure what I would have said if I saw that happening in person.

Lol its never a good idea to see something that expensive to get built there will be alot of things you won't agree on just remember they give us 44 minutes to prep, put together, and clean the boat and we do that to 12 boats a day (about to be 13 or 14 which will be less time per boat) and that's Monday - Thursday any amount of boats we drop we have to come in Friday and make up to meet the demand most of us come in at 430am to get a head start and we end the day at 4 but if a part doesn't do it job on the test ride in the lake we have to find time to run over fix that boat and still do the boats on the line all we have been asking is for a person to just prep for each station and we can easily meet the 13 or 14 boats a day you should see when a engine doesn't want to run correctly and the have to change that out and still do the other boat

I'm enjoying the behind-the-scenes commentary. Hope it doesn't become a problem...
