    New-to-me '06 Ski Nautique 206

    Hi all-

Seems like mostly boarders/surfers on the forum but thought I'd share my new set up. 2006 Ski Nautique 206, has tower and some factory ballast. We are just recreational skiers and boarders. This is my 3rd Nautique (2008 SANTE 210, 2008 216 TE). I had sold the cabin and last boat when we moved back to CA but missed the lake life so much that when our old cabin came back on the market... we bought it back. Maybe a little impulsive. I flew up to WA for a few days, pulled the boat out of storage and dropped it in the water. Tested out the new lift and even managed a quick session on my ski (I'm not very good).

We should get about a month up there the summer. Click image for larger version

      Hi Tlarocque,

Congrats a second time on the same cabin on the same lake. Lol...

Curious of what lake you are on in Washington?

I have a passion for waterfront properties.

Waterfront property in CA is hard to come by and usually comes with a very high price tag. I looked at a lot of locations closer to where I now live but didn't find anything I liked anywhere near as much as this one. This cabin is on Mason Lake (Mason County, WA), out near the Hood Canal. I chose it for a coupe reasons... first, it is still relatively affordable (I think because its almost 2 hours from Seattle) and secondly, its a spring-fed lake. So although it gets plenty of rainfall to remain full, it has a guaranteed supply of water, is fairly deep, and very clear. Its a really nice spot. Plus, in the summer, it stays light until 10 pm! Although you get some traffic on summer weekends, during the week you can find yourself out on a 1000 acre lake all on your own. Pretty cool.
