1999 Super Sport Nautique Restoration and tuning

    Hi,

I am during some restoration of Nautique that I bought 2 months ago.

I am doing everything with tight budget, so I know some could be done better, but I try to get maximum of what I can.

    Boat aleready received:
    - new tower
    - new interior
    - new wrap ( I searched inspiration among fresh, post 2015, Nautiques)

    To be done this year:
    - new ruber rail
    - surf pipe
    - basic audio
    - basic balast system

    Plans for next year future:
    - SeaDeak
    - Automatically controlled ballast system
    - better audio

The wrap looks great but I wish you could've gone with a Roswell Aviator tower. It would've completed the look.

You can get the original rub rail from Integrity Marine in MA. You can call them and get it direct for much less then other places.

What is your stereo budget? $500 will get you a pretty sweet in boat setup.

Wrap and tower look awesome. Can’t believe that’s the same boat.

          Thanks !

          Haha, me either

I looked for inspiration in fresh nautique boats. But I had many doubts, as I could not find any photo internet. I do not know if anyone did it before.
          so I took a risk

          Now I am very happy

Wow, looks awesome!!!!! Where did you get the wrap from? And if you don’t mind about how much did it cost?

I’m hesitant to wrap mine for when I possibly sell it, and the buyer worrying about an older boat with spider cracks... am I being crazy?

              Thanks

As to wrap, I am from Europe, Poland, and I guess prices are here much different . Such wrap would cost here about 1000usd, I paid 500, as this is my friend.

To all people who consider doing this. This is pain in the ***, a lot of problems, and final effect is very far away from new boat.

Floor after ripping off carpet is so low quality, that you can not imagine. To level it took one week , than painting, etc. So bad quality... All edges are ****.. etc.

I read it is easy to do. It is not. It is hard, time consuming, and to do it "as on new boat" I think you would need like 3 weeks of 8h work for one man.

But anyway this is overall great and I am very happy with it

                Best mod I have done
