What tha? Why skip to the end? I let this project lay dormant for too long. Here’s the quick. Old PCM parts are a little tricky to find, but the biggest hold up was my lack of interest for a while. I ended up scrapping a late 80’s Bayliner that was given to me. Out of that boat I salvaged the Kohler 5e generator and the air conditioning system.. I thought about how cool it would be for the 2700 to have ac and gen. Last Saturday 06/19 I pulled both engines back out (they were finished but I had yet to test drive) for ac and gen install.

Here’s some self explanatory photos, I’ll post more shortly. The SE regatta was my push, but I discovered that I need exhaust manifolds.. I’ll miss the regatta but at least it motivated me to bust through the hard stuff

Where did you source them? if you don’t mind.
i have been band aiding them for a few years.
Love the Boat and want to keep but its time for new power.
