Soooo WakeSurfer15 , you got any of the old (still in good shape) vinyl? I have pretty much the same boat and have a few cushions are bad, but I haven't pulled the plug on replacing them yet.
Super cool transformation. All I have done in the 3 years I've had mine is to replace the stereo & speakers (all Polk) I put the sub the same place you did and got a 2nd battery in there. I also cleaned up the platform.
This post may have inspired me to get going on the interior.

JimBoat I just did my 2005 SAN. It had a few angry scratches. I used 1000 grit wet sand on some of the worst spots. Then Meguiars One Step Compound (it is gritty) on a buffer with a Blue pad from Harbor Freight as the 1st pass. 2nd pass with a yellow pad (Harbor Freight) and Meguiars cleaner wax. Final pass with a Black pad with Meguiars Pure wax It left my boat like a mirror... Footnotes... I love Meguiars. I use a water spray bottle to cool the pad and keep from burning the gel coat. Took 2 days and arms were like jelly at the end. Good luck... May take you some time to see what works for you. I love these steps and works good for me.
