    New to Nautique, first v-drive

I just purchased a 2003 super air Nautique Limited. I’m excited to learn about the boat and if it has any unique features. Get to hit the water this weekend!

Congrats! Love the color. You came to the right place. Endless information on this forum. Starting the second summer with our 03 and would never have the progress with surfing without this site.

Congrats! We love our '03. My only complaint is the finicky factory ballast. Do you know if yours has been updated or modified to use reversible ballast pumps? It does look like it's been used for surfing.

From what I can tell, I have the factory middle ballast (hard tank) bags in wash of the side lockers with 2-way pumps. There is also a sack for the bow, that has a external pump. It came with a wave shaped wedge and dual trim tabs. It was used by a surfing teacher/competitor. Boat is in excellent shape for its age. Only 527 hours. Now I just need to learn how to use the perfect pass

Perfect pass is easy. Start the Boat, Put in neutral, Turn it on with the on/off Button, Confirm with UP Button, Set your speed with the up down arrows, take off and when you hear it beep, it has speed control. You should bump up the throttle a bit ( Some say to Full ) after the beep so the system can use as much throttle as it may need.
