Well I dropped in for my maiden voyage on my home lake yesterday. I wasn't sure how much I'd notice the new prop from the driver's seat, but HOLY CRAP. Much improved acceleration, smoother ride through the entire power band, and +3 MPH top speed (45, up from 42). Steering is a tad tougher, but I assume that's only because the new prop is pushing more water through the rudder. New prop is an Acme 654... I need to clean the old one up some and see if I can make out the markings.
