          its flotation foam that they spray/pour into the floor between the stringers. it helps reduce noise and vibration as well as keeping pieces of a wrecked boat on top of the water.....

              Im wondering if you've covered all that MDF in the rear with fibreglass to prevent swelling and rot before vinyl.

              Did you re-place the foam junk under the floor.

              Are you supposed to fibreglass the new floor before carpet? Do you use pressure treated 3/4" plywood for the floor?
