I decided it was time for an upgrade from my 83 MC Stars and Stripes (unbelievable slalom wake, but not so good for wakeboarding, even w/sacs, and not too roomy) so I pulled the trigger on a new 07 SV 211 TE- I can't wait 'til mid-April when they raise the water on the lagoon where I live...
This site was a great resource during the decision making process as I was originally leaning towards another DD, but after reading the posts confirming the versatility of the 211 I decided that was the way to go. We really like the layout and storage of a v-drive and the fact that it has a decent slalom wake was the icing on the cake even though my friends are almost all boarders, and I board a lot more than slalom these days.
It's raining cats and dogs, which is probably a good thing as I'm less tempted to peel off the shrink wrap to get another look at her!
