My tower is too heavy to go up and down...so i hang mesh tarp around my lift....it keeps birds out, and has to rain pretty hard to get thru...not a perfect solution but works for me. you climb in and then at the end where you pull boat in and out just use some cheap carabiner clips to open and clip back to the sides. Good airflow prevents mildew.

Jeff,
Do you mind me asking what that type of cover costs? Did you have to take measurements and have it custom made?

Otherwise $1750ish. It's a seriously heavy duty cover. Takes me about a minute to get it on and tightened up now that I've had practice.
