Over the tower, waterline cover?

I've seen them on here. I did a search but couldn't find the thread.

Does anyone know who makes the full boat covers that go over the tower with the tower up and all the way down to the waterline. They also cover the platform. I know I've seen pics of them on here before, but couldn't them when I searched.
