Boat cover questin

Hey guys I have a 95 SN and my cover is a trailer tie down cover. I bought a slip for the summer where the boat will be in the water a majority of the time. Any ideas on how to secure the cover on the boat? We had some bad rain the other day and there's no where to tie down the cover too?

You can weigh down the trailer straps. Perhaps some milk jugs filled with water.
