g25 Bimini Help

I believe our family has settled on a 2017 g25. We have a boat hoist with cover that will require the tower to be folded down after use.

It appears there are 2-3 different Bimini options - any advice on which one to choose? We do not need the surf pockets. I believe the major key will be which one folds down the easiest. Thoughts?

The Nautique factory Bimini all the way. It folds up nice and stays on tower when folded. It's very well thought out and folds up easily. I'm just surprised no one has came through with that extension for the rear that never made it to production.

Thanks for the quick reply. I believe there are two types of Bimini's for the g25 - one that goes under the tower and has surf pockets and one that goes over and does not. I am asking which is recommended for easy fold down.

This one here is pretty easy to fold up the cargo z5 does not pretty sure you can get this one with out surf pockets and the speakers go under this one.

For the 2017 model year, you can get that bimini with or without surf pockets. In 2018, it is only available with surf pockets. It folds easily, and this is the one you want.

The Z5 would have to be completely removed in order to fold the tower. That is easy enough, but the Z5 doesn't fold, and you'd need to be able to store it somewhere, and it would take two people to lift it off of the boat every time.

Much thanks - I ended up getting the one without the pockets (significantly cheaper) and with all of the storage in the g25 I think we should be good.
